Depending on your interaction, this may include your name, email, phone number, postal address, parent/guardian and student details, educational documents submitted for admission, enquiry content and donation or transaction reference details. We may also receive basic technical information needed to maintain website security and usability.

3. Purposes of processing

We use information to respond to enquiries, review admission applications, administer educational programmes, maintain records, issue receipts and legally required tax documentation, investigate payment issues, comply with applicable laws, and protect the website against misuse.

4. Applications involving children

Admissions involve children. Parents or lawful guardians should submit, authorise or supervise student applications as required. Student information is used only for legitimate educational, safeguarding and administrative purposes.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We use an external Zoho Forms application for online admissions and Wix infrastructure for our website. When a payment gateway is approved, a payment processor or bank may process payment and verification details under its own applicable terms. Information may be shared with authorised personnel and service providers only for the stated purposes, or where law requires. We do not sell applicant or donor personal data.

6. Payment card information

When an authorised payment partner is available, payment credentials are handled by that provider. Do not send card details, passwords, PINs or OTPs to the Trust through email or messaging.

7. Cookies, records and security

Our hosting platform and linked services may use cookies, access logs or similar technologies for essential functionality, security and performance. Personal information is retained only as long as needed for the stated activities or applicable record-keeping obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Embedded YouTube video content

Our Videos & Media page and selected areas of our website display video players provided by YouTube. Embedded videos load media from YouTube and may allow Google/YouTube to receive technical information such as IP address, browser data and player interactions, depending on their policies. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embedding address where supported. You can choose not to play embedded videos and instead visit the official YouTube channel. 9. Donation demo receipt email requests

The demo donation form does not collect payments. If you select “Preview & Email Demo Receipt”, your provided name, city, mobile number, email and illustrative amount are submitted to Wix Forms, stored as a form submission, and used to send a clearly labelled sample email with a specimen PDF link. No donation is recorded. Do not enter someone else’s email without their permission. You may request assistance or deletion by contacting our official support email.
