1. About the organisation

This website is operated by Aslamiyya Foundation Trust (Regd.), Trust Registration No. TN04/31/2023/0359790, PAN AAKTA2117Q. The Trust supports Aslamiyya Arabic College at its Kadayanallur Campus and its developing Sothugudi Campus (Ilayangudi, Sivaganga), Tamil Nadu.

2. Information on this website

The site describes the Trust's educational activities, campus development and opportunities to apply or provide voluntary support. Information is published in good faith and may be updated. Any future higher-education pathway described as planned is not a statement that the Trust currently awards a recognised degree or holds a finalised university partnership.

3. Admissions and programme information

The published online admission intake for 2026–2027 is for boys seeking entry to Class 6 or Class 9 at the Kadayanallur Campus. Submission of an online form does not guarantee admission; eligibility, verification and seat availability apply. Applicants and guardians should confirm all fees, support arrangements, documentation and commencement details with the admissions office before payment.

4. Donations and payment transactions

Contributions to the Trust are voluntary and may support student education, residential needs or campus development. Unless a specific purpose is accepted in writing, donations support the Trust's charitable educational activities. No financial return, goods or ownership interest is offered in exchange for a donation.

Payment facilities will be provided only through an authorised, activated payment partner. No online payment gateway is currently enabled on this website. Do not transfer funds to an unauthorised link or individual representing the Trust. Receipts and any tax-deduction documents are issued subject to applicable laws and required donor information.

5. Pricing and contributions

Published educational contribution information and categories of support are shown on the Pricing & Fees page. Actual amounts for a student's arrangement must be confirmed by the institution before payment. Donations are voluntary, with the donor choosing the amount where permitted.

6. Cancellation and refunds

For duplicate payments, incorrect amounts, cancellations or disputed payments, please consult the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds are subject to eligibility and verification. We never request that donors share card PINs, passwords or OTPs.

7. Website content and external services

Website text, design and institutional imagery must not be reproduced commercially without permission. The site may link to Zoho Forms, payment providers or other third-party services; those platforms may have separate policies. Visitors are responsible for using these services lawfully and for providing correct information.

8. Changes and governing law
